Maybe it's time for you to try something new. Discover an innovative way to express yourself, overcome your weaknesses and take care of your body. Try dancing on sashes, and you will enchant the world and discover your natural possibilities. Improvisation on sashes will activate those areas that you have ignored so far for fear of your strength. An innovative program that combines the techniques of contemporary dance, modern dance, classical dance, dance improvisations and artistic gymnastics as well as ballet and sash dance techniques. The training ends with stretching and relaxation exercises, thanks to which we make the body more flexible, prevent soreness and calm down. To prepare the body to work on a given prop, we start each class with a warm-up. The right composition of exercises is to activate all parts of the body, build strength, increase awareness of movement and activate the deep muscle parts.
RozpocIt started operating in September 2013. In June 2014, he staged his first ballet-meditation performance, Zoriuszek, based on the visual arts of movement, the use of various dance forms of Eastern and Western culture, decorations and the way of expressing oneself. Embedded in a multicultural musical melting pot: Balkan, Ukrainian, Russian, Tibetan and Indian music.zął działalność we wrześniu 2013 roku. Osadzone w wielokulturowym muzycznym tyglu: muzyka bałkańska, ukraińska, rosyjska, tybetańska i indyjska.
Teatr Ruchu was established in 2000 as an educational theater of the Musical Theater in Gdynia. Monika Leśko-Mikołajczyk is the manager and choreographer. From 2007, under the name Mo-sHe, as an independent theater, he created performances on the stages of the Tricity theaters. Since 2014, Mo-sHe has been cooperating with the Kashubian Philharmonic in Wejherowo, where original performances had their premieres: "Request for a quiet sleep", "Fleeting", "Panoptikum". The Mo-sHe ensemble has staged over a dozen dance performances, and has been a laureate of theater festivals several times. He is also the organizer of dance workshops in Poland and abroad as well as the initiator and originator of the Evenings with the Dance Theater. Since 2007, Mo-sHe has been cooperating with Theater 62 Bremen Germany.

The Misternica Kashubian Association The group of enthusiasts was established in 2001 on the initiative of Wojciech Rybakowski (the then group of the "Eksperyment" theater), who on March 16, 2002 for the first time staged the Mystery of the Passion of the Lord in the picturesque mountains of Wejherowo Kalwaria (the eighteenth-century, most valuable monument in Wejherowo). It was a staging as part of the Lenten retreat for young people, chaired by Archbishop Metropolitan of Gdańsk Tadeusz Gocłowski. Since 2005, Misternicy Kaszubscy already form a formal Association, and the staging in the hills of Kalwaria has a film version. The authors of the project are Yach Paszkiewicz and Tomasz Żmuda Trzebiatowski. The premiere of the film took place in 2006 at the Collegiate Church of Wejherowo and it was very popular. The film was also broadcast on nationwide TV.
