During dancehall classes you will learn the basic and more advanced steps, you will feel the atmosphere of Jamaica and most importantly - you will gain self-confidence. Dancehall is primarily about fluidity and dynamics of movement. During training, we work on coordination and mobility, but we also practice choreography. The groups take part in tournaments and dance competitions, as well as record clips summarizing the choreography.
